Discuss the story, new pokemon, and what you liked/didn't like about the second gen games. I have Crystal but I don't play it much anymore. I really liked most of the new pokemon in these games, but my favorite had to be Ho-oh. I really liked how you were able to go back to Kanto after the Elite Four and fight the Kanto gym leaders.

I liked the improvements over the the first generation, though the calls were kind of boring after a while, I am glad at least in Crystal they tried to add more of a different personality to your different contacts.

Being able to visit Kanto and the Elite four, I agree, that was really neat.
